Current Trends: This demographic group experienced a significant increase of 20.77% from 2011 to 2016, driven by an economic boom that improved job prospects, housing affordability, and quality of life—key factors in attracting young professionals. The period also saw advantages from strong educational offerings and effective transport infrastructure. However, growth slowed to 2.51% from 2016 to 2021, influenced by changes in economic conditions and regional policies that impacted the area’s competitiveness.
